Our 12-month Return to Base warranty covers any hardware defects that may arise under normal usage conditions. If you encounter any issues with your refurbished computer's hardware during this period, simply return it to us. We will repair or replace the device at no additional cost to you. You may return any product that is still under warranty for a Warranty Claim. Australian Computer Traders offers a Return-to-Base Warranty with all our items. This means that you are responsible for returning the Items covered by Warranty to our Brisbane office at your expense. You may choose any means of return shipping you wish.

We accept change-of-mind returns, please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Change of Mind returns must be requested within 30 days and the product must be sent in original condition with any supplied accessories.

Please note when returning items, please select a shipping method that provides a tracking service and consider insuring the product for the amount of your original purchase price in the event the item goes missing.
