1. Our Technical Advantages: Optimized AOSP & Widevine L2Unlike generic, unoptimized Android devices that only support basic software-level decoding (Widevine L3), this device operates on a custom-engineered, independent Android Open Source Project (AOSP) system equipped with Widevine L2 DRM.

2. Third-Party Streaming Limitations (DRM)However, due to the strict proprietary Digital Rights Management (DRM) policies enforced by major commercial streaming platforms (e.g., Netflix, Disney+, Kayo Sports, 7plus), third-party applications may deploy automated restrictions. These may include:

• Limiting video playback resolution to Standard Definition (SD).

• Displaying "Unsupported Device" errors or blocking app functionality.

3. Our Commitment & Maintenance CycleWe make every effort to maintain the compatibility of major streaming applications through technical support. However, because third-party DRM protocols and server-side policies are entirely beyond our control, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access or full functionality for these services.

Furthermore, in the event of a service disruption caused by a third-party policy update, developing a system patch may require a maintenance cycle of up to 3 months. In certain circumstances, due to the closed nature of commercial DRM, restoring access may be technically impossible.
