Bag and filter kit for Sauber Intelligence, Excellence & Classic vacuum cleaners

The kit includes:
- 10 X vacuum bags Generic (High quality vacuum cleaner bags to fit Sauber vacuum cleaners. The thick lining consists of seven layers that trap fine particles and act as a filter and a bag. The bags are made of cloth material and do not split or rip as well as do not lose suction as they fill up)
- 1 X HEPA + Charcoal Filter GENUINE (The HEPA H13 part of this filter kit filter is designed to prevent tiny particles from making it into the motor. The Charcoal Back section will absorb smells and bacteria to prevent them from escaping into the room)
- 1 X Long-life Hepa filter GENUINE ( Hepa filter H12 high-grade HEPA filtration for your Sauber vacuum cleaner. Designed to prevent fine dust from escaping in to the room and protect you from harmful microscopic dust particles to as low as 0.1 of a micron)

Refunds & Returns:
We are not required To provide a refund or replacement Simply because you changed your mind.
We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 30 days of order;
- not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging);
- in a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way.
- restocking fee will be applied if the customer simply chnages mind or orders a wrong part.
If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow our returns process. If the box is opened or damaged, or if the item is used, then a 20% restocking fee may apply
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt.
