RETURNS:
- Lemony Gem Toys & Collectables has a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
- If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us to arrange for a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in, including in the original packaging.
- A partial refund only is valid for the below circumstances:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error
- Any item that is returned after the 30 day period
REFUNDS:
- If the item you have received is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund including the original postage costs.
- If you wish to return an item due to Change of Mind, shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you and either approve or reject your refund.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. We recommend you use a traceable shipping service as we can not be held responsible for return items being damaged or lost in transit.
