Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. This policy is not a requirement under the ACL and is offered at our discretion.
If a product is faulty, does not match its description, or is unfit for its intended purpose, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in the form of a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with your rights under the ACL. Remedies for faulty goods will be determined based on whether the issue constitutes a major or non-major failure, as defined by the ACL.
