We also offer a change-of-mind returns policy as a courtesy. Items may be returned within three days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. This policy is not a requirement under the ACL and is offered at our discretion.

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in the form of a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with your rights under the ACL.
