Introducing Joy-Con, controllers that make new kinds of gaming possible, for use with Nintendo Switch. The versatile Joy-Con offer multiple surprising new ways for players to have fun. Two Joy-Con can be used independently in each hand, or together as one game controller when attached to the Joy-Con grip. They can also attach to the main console for use in handheld mode, or be shared with friends to enjoy two-player action in supported games. Each Joy-Con has a full set of buttons and can act as a standalone controller and each includes an accelerometer and gyro-sensor, making independent left and right motion control possible.

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product experiences a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For issues that do not constitute a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

We also offer a change-of-mind returns policy as a courtesy. Items may be returned within three days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. This policy is not a requirement under the ACL and is offered at our discretion.

If a product is faulty, does not match its description, or is unfit for its intended purpose, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in the form of a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with your rights under the ACL. Remedies for faulty goods will be determined based on whether the issue constitutes a major or non-major failure, as defined by the ACL.
