Use Directions:
Use before you shower or bathe. Start at your feet, using long, upward strokes until you reach your stomach. Use long, upward strokes from your hands to your shoulders Brush downwards over your chest towards your stomach. Avoid sensitive areas and broken skin.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: wash gently with warm soapy water once a week & leave to air dry between uses.
