Refining lightweight cold-climate sleeping comfort, this mat combines a lightweight 30/40D Nylon fabric, Exkin Platinum and THERMOLITE insulation with a loop baffle Air Sprung Cell construction to create a 10cm thick mat with an incredibly low weight.
Larger air pockets are created by using many looped TPU baffles which connect the top and bottom fabric layers with our Air Sprung Cell dot weld pattern. The looped baffles allow the top and bottom layers to be positioned further apart creating larger pockets of air when inflated that require less fabric overall.
Perfect for side sleepers, the extra height of this mat lets hips sink deeper into it without touching the ground.

- Extra Thick (XT) loop baffle Air Sprung Cells - Air Sprung Cells are the core technology of our sleeping mat range, and are the reason why you will sleep better on a Sea to Summit sleeping mat. Instead of the typical baffled construction, Sea to Summit sleeping mats are constructed using a dot-weld pattern to create a high surface-area matrix of interconnected chambers called Air Sprung Cells. Air Sprung Cells operate in the same way as a pocket spring mattress. As each cell deforms independently the mattress conforms to your body shape. This makes for a softer and more comfortable feel with more body contact area and even dispersion of pressure.

- Thermal Insulation Technology - Exkin Platinum is a very lightweight, quiet non-woven fabric that has a thin metalized layer applied to the surface. Exkin Platinum thermal technology reflects radiant heat loss back to the user.
- Thermolite insulation, designed for ultimate performance, is made from specially engineered fibers to achieve a high CLO value with low weight. Thermolite HL-1 high loft insulation is a fiberfill constructed with a unique 3D crimp of hollow-core and solid fibers, which provide excellent lightweight warmth with superior durability. The Thermolite insulation lofts up inside the Air Sprung Cells to prevent convective heat loss from your warm body to the cold ground.

- Multi-Function Valve - To make inflation and deflation easier Sea to Summit has developed the multi-function valve. Our valve integrates an inflate port with a one-way valve to prevent air loss before you seal the valve, a rapid air dump deflate port, and a fine-tune button to adjust for comfort - all in one compact, low profile unit.
- Inflate and deflate pull tabs are tactile and colour coded for easy identification.
- 30/40D Nylon Fabric - STS developed the 40D ripstop nylon face fabric to hit the right balance between weight and durability. On the inside they apply a bright white TPU to make the fabric airtight and weldable. On the outside they apply a thin proprietary coating to reduce the slipperiness of the surface, increase puncture with self-adhesive patches.
- Stuff Sacks and Repair Kits - All Sea to Summit sleeping mats come with a quality stuff sack sized to suit your mat. We also include a small repair kit containing six self adhesive patches for repairing punctures in the field, and a spare silicone one-way valve flap.
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post or Aramex from our Melbourne warehouse within 24-48 hours on business days.
Delivery times vary from 2 to 10 business days, depending on your delivery location from our Melbourne warehouse.
We want you to be happy with your purchase - you can even return products if you just change your mind, but please make sure you follow our returns process correctly to ensure everything goes smoothly.
You must contact us prior to sending back any products, so we can issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on personal or food items unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer's warranties or consumer guarantees or where otherwise required by law.
We do not accept returns on these highly personal items or food items to protect our customers : We enforce this to guarantee you are purchasing an unused/unsoiled/perfect-condition items.

We will gladly replace, refund or credit any product, at our expense, under the following circumstances:
You received the product damaged or faulty (All claims to return an item damaged in transit must be made on soon as you receive your product.)
We sent you the wrong product
We haven't met our fair trading requirements as governed by Australian law.
Shipping returned products:
If you received a product by Australia Post, our customer service team will email you a RAN which you must affix on the package.
Post the package back to us using Australia Post Registered Post to avoid any possibility of a return item being lost. Once we receive the parcel we will refund your shipping costs.
Returns at your expense:
(You pay the return shipping costs and a restocking/admin fee up to a maximum of 20% of the item value may apply to recover our initial shipping costs)
We accept returns even if:
You've changed your mind about the product
You made an incorrect choice
You failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order
All claims to return a product for the reasons above must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. Should you contact us outside the 30 day period, customer service will consider each claim its merits.
Items returned under these conditions must be in 100% resaleable condition - goods which have been used or are in less than perfect condition are not able to be returned.
Shipping your product return:
As you are shipping the goods back at your expense you can choose your method of delivery (Australia Post or courier). Please ensure you use Registered Post to avoid any possibility of a return item being lost.
