If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a change of mind return.
All return items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition and in original packaging.
Please note that returns due to change of mind will incur a return label fee(varies depending on customer's address) and a 10% restocking fee.

If the product you receive has arrived damaged, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the discretion of oliandola.
If you notice any damage to your goods upon receipt, please notify the couriers and contact us ASAP with relevant images and evidence.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, and failure to install or use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
