• Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
• Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking.
• Protect from sunlight.
• Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C/122 °F.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Insert the nozzle as far as the nozzle allows you to.
• Give one short squirt in one or both ears as needed; usually 2 to 3 times per week or 1-2 times a day when needed, for example when using hearing aids or earplugs frequently or when experiencing symptoms of wax related obstruction in the ear canal.
• Tip the head to the side and wipe away any residual liquid in the outer ear. Do not dry very vigorously, this may cause inflammation of sensitive skin in the ear.
• Rinse the transparent end-piece of the nozzle with warm soapy water after each use and leave to dry.

Depending on the courier service, you may not require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Australia Post and our other partners can deliver to any location in Australia, including P.O. Boxes.
Parcels will be dispatched after 2 business days, and delivered to you within 5 to 7 business working days. Please accommodate for delays as this may happen through Australia Post and our other courier partners.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product.
