- Deliveries will be made by post / a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery, as a signature is required for most items.
- We ship out orders from our Alexandria, NSW warehouse within 2 days of your order, and most items are delivered within 2 - 4 business days for East Cost of Australia and 2-10 business days for rest of the region.
- We are open and order will be dispatched through the holidays expect public holidays.
Warranty Policy
All new products sold by Personal Digital come with Australian Manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturer faults, excluding any misuse of the product (Physical or liquid damage etc). Usually this period is 12 - 24 months depending on the item. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims. We can do this claim for you too, however may take a little longer.
Returns Policy
1 . If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery, less any restocking fee, if any.
2. If you cancel after we have dispatched the Goods(with 14 days of Receiving the item) , we will refund the price of the goods ONLY, less any restocking fee, if any. The goods must be returned in the SAME condition you received them in.
- Even if you opened an item to check IF IT FITS your phone/ device, it is considered NOT in the same condition you received it in.
3. The option to cancel your order is not available if the Goods are:
- Ordered in specifically for you
- Ordered or altered to your specification
- Opened unwrapped or otherwise sealed electronic media such as software or DVD
- Seal cut or broken
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage /shipping.
