If for any reason you change your mind or are unhappy with the product, you can return the product if they meet the below guidelines.
Return postage will be the buyers responsibility. returned within 14 days of receiving order; as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken); in a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way.
Please be aware as shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs we paid to send the order (this is deducted from the final refund).
Buyer is responsible to paying the return postage costs to send the item back UNOPENED and UNUSED.
We take no responsibility in the unlikely event that the items are lost or damaged in transit during the return process. We recommend taking out insurance cover to avoid any loss or damage.
A refund will only be given once the item has been returned unused and in its original packaging and resalable condition (less original postage charges incurred by us).
