SCHLEICH HORSE CLUB - MOBILE VET WITH TRAILER
The Tennessee Walker foal is not doing well at all. The mobile vet has to come by with a trailer. Mrs. Kramer has lots of medical instruments and even an X-ray machine on the trailer of her pick-up. That means she can look after the animals wherever she is. The little foal is sure to be back on its feet soon.
Oh dear, the Tennessee Walker foal has been injured. Its limping and needs to be examined urgently. Its so lucky that the mobile vet with her trailer is not far away. Mrs. Kramer arrives soon in her pick-up truck. The first thing she does is to take an X-ray. Luckily, nothing is broken. She puts some ointment on the leg and then carefully applies an adhesive bandage. As a reward, she holds out a carrot to the foal. There you go, at least its eating! The little one will soon be completely healthy again.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before Midday Sydney time on business days. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will dispatch on the next business day.
Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.
ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.
We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.
We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.
Once we have received the damaged item back to us, we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
