SCHLEICH FARM WORLD - DOG KENNEL WITH GOLDEN RETRIEVER
Anyone visiting the farm has to go past the dog kennel where the Golden Retrievers live. The golden retriever mom and her puppy live here. Cozy! The kennel is painted red with a gray roof. Windows on the side let in plenty of light. When they don't have to keep watch, the two four-legged friends have plenty of time to chew on their bone. Wonderful!
The golden retriever comes running out from behind the pretty dog kennel, looking curious. Who's coming to visit? She keeps a close eye on who is on the farm. She taught her cute little puppy to do the same. But maybe the golden retrievers just want to persuade the guests to play a game? There is a stick just waiting to be thrown. Who wants to play?

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before Midday Sydney time on business days. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will dispatch on the next business day.
Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.
ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.
We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.
We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.
Once we have received the damaged item back to us, we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
