It takes approximately 2 working days to fulfill and dispatch your order and ship goods from our warehouse in Australia.

The national carriers that we use will take a handful of days (2-7 days) thereafter, to deliver your order, depending on where the delivery address is located. Obviously remote areas will take a day or two longer than capital cities and metro areas.

Customers are required to return goods unopened. We will cover the costs of return on damaged or faulty items but customers are responsible for covering the return costs on Change of mind.

We offer a 12-month warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.

Change of Mind Policy. 

If you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 28 days of receiving it.

However, you will be responsible for the actual shipping costs of returning the product.

To initiate the return process, please contact us. Once you have completed the details requested, we will reply with the return address details.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in "as new" condition, meaning it hasn't been opened or assembled in any way.

After receiving your return, we will confirm that it is in "as new" condition within 5 business days and process the relevant credit.
