SCHLEICH BAYALA - CRYSTAL DRAGON
Wow, the crystal dragon looks impressive as it spreads its mighty blue wings, tipped with pink. Its long body ends in a mighty lizard tail and it has thick, pink scales on its chest. As it swoops through the air, it leaves trails of wind.
There is a buzzing in the air: The crystal dragon shoots through the skies of BAYALA at full speed. It hugs its wings close to its slender body so that it can go faster. It looks like a blue arrow. Where is it going in such a hurry? But the crystal dragon can also go slow: On calm days, it spreads its elegant wings and sails high up through the thermals. Then it can be seen from afar and attracts admiring glances. It looks wonderful!

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before Midday Sydney time on business days. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will dispatch on the next business day.
Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.
ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.
We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.
We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.
Once we have received the damaged item back to us, we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
