REFUND POLICY

If there is a quality problem on the products, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. An exchange for another item or a refund is eligible as long as:

• You have clear proof of purchase, such as a receipt;
• The product and its packaging is in original condition, including any manuals and accessories.

1. In order to get a refund, the customer has to return the product still unused with its original packaging and receipt. Please note all delivery and incidental charges to return the item or deliver the new item are the customers responsibility and assembly & delivery fees will not be refunded. 10% restocking fee applies.

• The Product do not fit into your space

3. Mattresses and Bed Bases can not be returned or exchanged.

4. Exchanges is available where goods are D.O.A (Dead on Arrival) within 7 days. Claim must be submitted with sufficient evidence including invoice number & damage picture. 

5. Sample Product is sold as it is listed - the seller will not fix or warrant the condition of the sample product. We suggest buyers to inspect the product before purchase, and no refund for change of mind.
