Some of the Fitbiz products that are bulky and hard to transport items, if you live outside a metro area in any state please contact us before ordering as your shipping may be different to what is shown on the checkout page. There may be additional shipping fees and fees for a tail lift if there are not forklift facilities at the delivery point. We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

The product must be returned unused, in the original unopened packaging, accessories included, in resalable condition with no damage or marks to packaging or product
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product.
