Vicks Sinus Steam Inhaler
The Vicks Sinus Inhaler provides targeted steam therapy and is suitable for use for Winter and seasonal conditions that may be aggravated by dry air.
The soothing steam action is natural and non-medicated. The steam penetrates nasal, sinus and throat passages to hydrate and moisturise.

Using Your Personal Sinus Inhaler
- Fully unravel cord. Failure to do so could cause overheating and possible fire hazard. DO NOT use with extension cords or power strip. Place Inhaler on a flat, stable surface for use.
- Unlock the Top Housing from the Base by twisting the Top Housing counter clockwise. When fully unlocked, the arrow on the Top Housing will align with the unlock symbol on the Base. Lift the Top Housing straight up and set aside.
- Fill Water Reservoir with up to 2.5 tablespoons (40mL) of cool tap water. DO NOT fill above Heating Element. Use with tap water only. DO NOT add any essential oils, medication or inhalant liquids to the Water Reservoir. These will damage the unit and void the warranty.
- Place Top Housing on the Base and twist clockwise to lock. When fully locked, you will feel a click and the arrow on the Top Housing will align with the lock symbol on Base.
- Place Mask on Top Housing and gently push down to ensure Mask is secure. NEVER move, lift, shake or tilt the Sinus Inhaler while it is in use or while it contains hot water. DO NOT remove the Mask or Top Housing after turning ON the Inhaler. Steam is produced by boiling water; tilting or shaking unit can cause water to spill and possible burns. DO NOT block any vents.
- Connect cord to electrical outlet. DO NOT use with extension cord or power strip. Press the On/Off Switch to the ON position. The Indicator Light will illuminate.
- The Sinus Inhaler will take approximately 6 minutes to begin making steam. Use caution, the Water Reservoir and water will become hot.
- Place your face over the Mask. DO NOT rest your face on the Mask. Breathe normally through your nose and mouth, inhaling steam into your nasal and throat passages. Continue application for five to fifteen minutes.
Adjusting steam intensity:
- A. For More Steam: Move the Steam Disk Control clockwise for maximum steam.
- B. For Less Steam: Move the Steam Disk Control counterclockwise for minimum steam. If at any time the application becomes too intense, stop application immediately.
When application is complete, move Power Switch to the OFF position. The Indicator Light will go out. Disconnect plug from electrical outlet. Allow the appliance to cool for at least 20 minutes before moving or refilling it (see Care and Cleaning section). DO NOT operate Sinus Inhaler when empty.
NOTE: Sinus Inhaler will automatically shut-off when water runs out. If this happens, move Power Switch to OFF position and unplug unit.
Using Vicks VapoPads
Your Vicks Sinus Inhaler can be used with Vicks VapoPads, to provide up to 8 hours of soothing vapors. Two samples of the VapoPads are included with your device.
To use your unit with scent pads, ensure that the unit is OFF and follow these instructions:
- Gently slide out the VapoPad Tray from the back of the Top Housing. Note: Only slide Tray out. DO NOT attempt to detach the Tray from the Top Housing.
- Open VapoPad sachet by tearing notch on pad bag. DO NOT touch pad with hands. If pad is touched, DO NOT rub face or eyes as it may cause irritation.
- Insert Vicks VapoPad with angled end at the front of the tray. Up to two scent pads can be inserted, one in each slot of the VapoPad Tray. Push VapoPad Tray in to close.
- When the VapoPad is dried and no longer providing scent, discard.
NOTE: DO NOT operate Sinus Inhaler if VapoPad Tray is missing or not secured. For use with Vicks VapoPads only. Not for use with essential oils or inhalants. These will damage the unit and void the warranty.

Change of Mind Returns Policy
If you have changed your mind about a product purchased from Healthylife, we will provide a refund at our discretion, provided that the product:
Is flagged with us for return, with valid proof of purchase, within 30 days of purchase.
Is in its original condition, including with original packaging and seals intact.
Is not a product that is an exempt product (as set out in the “Products Exempt from Change of Mind Returns” below).
Has not been used and, if a perishable product, is not expired or within 2 days of expiry.
In certain circumstances, you may be required to provide further information such as photo identification. Information collected in this manner will be stored securely in accordance with the Woolworths Group Privacy Policy. Healthylife reserves the right to refuse a refund for unverified purchases.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense for Change of Mind returns.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products Exempt from Change of Mind Returns
We will not provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind about any of the following products purchased from Healthylife (unless the product is faulty or Australian Consumer Law applies):
Rapid antigen tests
Baby formula
Prescription medicine
Compounded ‘Pharmacy Only’ items
Perfumes and colognes
Refrigerated items
Bulk or special orders
Clearance items
Underwear, intimacy, and sexual health products
If you have purchased additional items that you no longer want, we encourage you to share them with those in need, particularly the elderly, disabled, and most vulnerable in our community.
How to Process a Return for Change of Mind
Contact customer care to notify us of your return request. Provide a photo of the item packaged in its box and your original order number. Our team will validate that the item qualifies for a change of mind refund.
Package the item(s) safely into a box. You must quote your original order reference inside the box or highlight it on the outside for identification. Take a photo of the item in the box (this will be needed later).
Post the item back to us via Registered Post at your nearest Australia Post office to the return address provided by the customer care team. The return address may differ depending on your location. Do not forget to provide the tracking number to our customer care team, as we need this to finalise your return.
Once our customer care team validates the return conditions and the item is processed by Australia Post, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made using the original payment method stated on your proof of purchase and may take up to 5 working days to be processed.
Healthylife Faulty Products Policy
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with a service, you are entitled to:
Cancel your service contract with us.
A refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value.
If you receive an item that is faulty, we will happily:
Refund the purchase price of the faulty product(s).
Replace the product(s) with the same value as the original purchased item(s).
For some high-value items, Healthylife reserves the right to assess the product for acceptable quality before providing a solution.
How to Process a Return for a Faulty Product
Contact customer care, providing:
Your order number.
A description of the fault and the product(s) to be returned.
A photo of the faulty product(s).
Our team will assess the fault, and once validated, we will provide a Returns Prepaid Label to post the goods back to our warehouse at our cost, including a return tracking number.
Pack your item safely in a box and take it to the nearest Australia Post office to post the item(s) using the returns label provided. If you cannot print the labels, Australia Post staff can print them for you at the time of posting.
Once the return parcel is processed by Australia Post, our team will process your refund, which should be reimbursed within 5 working days via the same payment method used for the order.
Proof of Purchase
Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or other verifiable proof of purchase, such as:

Tax invoice
Any information collected will be stored securely in accordance with Woolworths Group's Privacy Policy. Healthylife reserves the right to refuse a refund for unverified purchases.
