The Polybender PB12-25M is a 1/2" internal copper tube bender on a 25-metre spool,The Polybender is designed to help professional, qualified installers make fast, clean, kink-free bends in soft copper pipe. It works as an internal tube bender, meaning it sits inside the copper tube while you bend it, supporting the pipe wall from the inside.

This internal support spreads the stress evenly during bending, helping prevent the copper from flattening or kinking. The low-friction surface also allows the Polybender to slide in and out easily, so you can bend copper quickly and keep working without hassle.

How does it work?

The Polybender sits inside the copper pipe and supports the tube walls while the bend is made. Because the pipe is supported from the inside, the copper retains its shape rather than collapsing or kinking. This makes it much easier to achieve a smooth and accurate bend.

Just follow these simple steps:

1. Insert the Polybender at least 300mm past the point where you want to make the bend.
2. Bend the copper pipe slowly to the angle you need.
3. Extract the Polybender after the bend is complete. For very tight bends, slightly open the bend back up to make removal easier.

• The Polybender is designed to make one bend at a time.
• After you make a bend, pull the Polybender out before making the next bend.
• You cannot leave the Polybender inside the pipe and make multiple bends, because it will get stuck and become difficult/impossible to remove.
• For example, you cannot make the first bend, leave the polybender in place, then make a second bend, because you may not be able to pull it back out. Failure to follow the instructions may lead to damage to the pipes and the Polybender. If unsure how to use this tool, please seek professional advice prior to use.
• For multiple bends, make the first bend, then remove it, reposition it 300mm past the next bend, and repeat.

Polybenders are also ideal for rough-in installations where copper lines can be damaged by other trades or site activity. Keeping the Polybender inside the pipe while working helps protect the tube and maintain its shape.

Each Polybender comes packed in a high-quality zip-seal bag that keeps the tool clean and protected. Two Velcro straps are included so the Polybender can be neatly stored as a coil.

Polybenders are available in 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8” and 3/4” diameters.
