Returns Policy:
We aim to make you feel absolutely confident while shopping with Elan Linen and hence; we give you the option to return any unopened, unused item with its original packaging for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item. Please read the following carefully:
(a) You should have your original Elan Linen return slip that is included with the package
(b) The item is in ready-to-sale condition including that:
- It is in its original packing, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
- It is unused, unopened and in its original condition;
- Any labels are still attached including barcodes
(c) The product should not be the one where the return is not applicable (such as customised goods etc).
(d) Change of mind returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee.
(g) In order to assist the return process, you may be required to provide additional information. Please do not attempt to return the items before contacting us (you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so).
If these requirements are not fulfilled Elan Linen reserves the right not to offer an exchange or a refund for change of mind returns.
