Care Instruction
1. Dry the pot after ever use; hang the pot in a cool and airy place; avoid direct sunlight;
2. It is not easy for the cast iron pot to rust if you follow the instruction. However, if it rusts, heat the pot for a while and use a cloth with some vinegar to rub the rust;
3. Do not leave food, salty water, alkali water for a long time. Also make sure to not burn with nothing for a long time. Do not use the iron pot to boil mung bean and Chinese medicine.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day of receipt of the item. Return only be accepted for unused and in the original package and in the same condition as when the customer received them to receive a full refund. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and a refund can be issued after inspecting the returned item.
Excluded items: Infrared Saunas and Toilet Bidets are not accepted for change of mind return.
Warranty Policy:

Has been damaged accidentally or damaged by a third party
