SE538 is a high-performance M.2 SSD enclosure designed to support both NVMe and SATA M.2 SSDs with dual protocol compatibility. It allows you to easily convert M Key or B+M Key M.2 SSDs into a portable USB drive, making it ideal for fast external storage solutions.
The enclosure features fast USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 interface, enabling data transfer rates of up to 20Gbps to fully utilize the performance of high-speed NVMe M.2 SSDs. It also supports the TRIM command, optimizing data writing for extended SSD lifespan.
This durable aluminium enclosure features a heat sink style top cover, ensuring excellent heat dissipation, while an internal thermal pad further improves heat transfer efficiency. The enclosure is USB powered and no external power required. It also features an eye-catching LED indicator for power and activity status.

Important Note
SE538 supports both NVMe and SATA protocol based M.2 SSD (M Key or B+M Key), bandwidth will be limited to 6Gbps when using a SATA M.2 SSD, as the maximum transfer rate of SATA protocol is 6Gbps.
SE538 can only achieve data transfer rates up to 20Gbps when connecting to a PC using a 20Gbps USB 3.2 Gen2x2 host port.
Speed is limited to 10Gbps on USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB4 and Thunderbolt port

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Change of mind returns are accepted within the first 7 days but will incur a 5% restocking fee. Returns within 30 days will attract a 20% restocking fee. The following criteria must be met:
- The item must be received by us within 7 days of the request.
- The item is in the original, sealed packaging with no missing or damaged parts.
- The item is not in large quantity (greater than 5 units)
- The item value is less than $1,000.
- The item is not used in any way.

- The customer is responsible for return postage costs
- Original postage and insurance costs are not refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the conditions above are not met, a postage fee may also apply.
WARRANTY RETURNS
Products purchased from our store are subject to a standard manufacturer warranty period. If an item is found to be faulty within 14 days, the item will be treated as Dead on Arrival (DOA). Outside of this period, the item will be processed as a standard warranty case. Physical damage is not covered by DOA or warranty.
DOA WARRANTY CLAIMS POLICY
DOA claims are eligible for a refund or replacement, given the following criteria are met -
- We are notified of the issue within 14 days of the order date.
- The item has been packed back into its original packaging, will all included accessories and documentation.
Please Note:
- A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us.
- Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.
STANDARD WARRANTY CLAIMS POLICY
Items found to be faulty outside of the 14 Days DOA period will be subject to standard warranty terms. Please contact the product's manufacturer for troubleshooting and more details about warranty terms.
Please note:
- The customer will be responsible for any return postage costs.
- The processing time is generally 2-3 weeks from when we receive the faulty unit.
- The claim may result in a repair, new or refurbished replacement, or refund depending on manufacturer approval.
- The customer should provide their invoice number and item's serial number when contacting us. eBay only keeps a sales history of up to 3 months so we are not able to retrieve order details with eBay usernames after this period.
