RGB Customization: To switch RGB lighting colors, hold the "HANDLE" button and turn the "ABS" dial to cycle through 7 colors (yellow, red, white, purple, blue, cyan, green). To adjust brightness, hold the "HANDLE" button and turn the "TC" dial-clockwise to brighten, counterclockwise to dim. (Note: The RGB lights cannot be completely turned off through adjustments; use the RGB power switch on the back to turn them off.) Multi-compatibility: When directly connected to a PC, the CB1 functions as a peripheral, compatible with all racing wheels (V9, V9 GEN2, V99, V10, V12 Lite, T128, T248, T150, T300, G29, G920, G923, and more). When connected to the PXN V9 GEN 2, the CB1 acts as an accessory for the V9 GEN2 wheel. At this point, you can use the PXN WHEEL application to adjust the various settings of the CB1 button box. Desktop Mounting Bracket: The CB1 button box includes a simple bracket that fits desktops up to 2.95 inches thick. It also has four extra mounting holes on the back for additional supports. This setup lets you mount both your racing wheel and CB1 button box on the same surface, providing a realistic driving experience when operating machinery or vehicles. Easily switch between a racing setup and one optimized for controlling heavy equipment.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.
We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.
Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.
We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.
Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
Refunds Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
