NOTICE: Please be aware when inflating: Do NOT put the nozzle too far into the balloon; do NOT inflate too fast or with too much pressure as the balloon will pop and break. Over-inflating the balloon will distort its shape and cause it to pop.

All deliveries are made via Australia Post with options to suit your needs:

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery, re-delivery or redirection fees may apply.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us for return approval. Once we've received it and inspected, we'll be able to help you resolve it.

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some products may have a different warranty period; please check the description.
