Balloons are sent UNINFLATED in sealed packaging and must be INFLATED to the advertised size. Helium inflation is recommended. Over-inflating the balloon will distort its shape and cause it to pop. For helium inflation or tank hire, it is recommended to visit a reputable outlet. Balloon colours change upon inflation.

All deliveries are made via Australia Post with options to suit your needs:

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us for return approval. Once we've received it and inspected, we'll be able to help you resolve it.
