HOW TO ASSEMBLE FOIL LETTER BALLOONS:

• To assemble your balloon banner, take the provided straw and insert it into the self-sealing tabs on each balloon. It is important to note that you should not use helium to inflate the balloons. 
• After inflating the balloons, you can thread each letter onto the ribbon using the perforated tabs. Once all the letters are in place, your balloon banner is ready to be hung! 
• You can display the banner on a wall or ceiling to add a festive touch to your celebration. Alternatively, you can hang it above your refreshment table to enhance your spread of snacks and drinks.
