All Tonies that have been activated on your Toniebox are saved in your household. You can find an overview of content you own either in the mytonies app or in your mytonnies account.

• Tonies are figurines that contain the content that the Toniebox plays. Each Tonie looks unique and contains unique stories and songs. If you place it on the Toniebox, your tonies® adventure begins. If you want to create your own audio adventure, you can also record your own stories onto Creative-Tonies.

• Creative-Tonies are Tonies that can store up to 90 minutes of audio content. You can personalize your Creative-Tonie in your mytonies app and use it however you want. Returns / Change of Mind Policy:

Our customers are important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie. you received an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

All products returned must be complete, in original packaging and as new.
Customer is responsible for the freight of products for return in the case of change of mind.

Customer must retain proof of purchase and proof of delivery for returned products.

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12 Month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your Account to raise a warranty claim.
