If the returned item is not damaged or faulty, we ask that you pay a postage fee for returning the item to us. For return please contact us.
A refund will be processed for the purchase amount of the product only, not including shipping costs.
Damaged, defective or incorrect item:
If your goods have been damaged in transit, are defective, or do not match your order please contact us. In this case we will refund the full purchase amount (including postage fee) unless a replacement is provided. Also we will give you details how to return the affected goods if required. If a replacement is required, you will not be charged for the postage.
