• You may return unused and unaltered items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange.
  

• The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  

• If the item has been used, altered, or is missing original packaging, it may not be eligible for a return or refund.

• Return postage costs for change of mind returns are at the customer’s expense.

• If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

• Please contact us immediately if your product is defective or damaged. We may request photographs or other proof of the issue.
  

• We will assess the product and provide a solution
  

• If the product has a manufacturing fault, we will cover return postage costs.
