DESCRIPTION:
Stand alone or wall mounted, this manual XL garden hose reel holder can host up to 90M of 1/2 hose theoretically, and up to 60M practically. It comes with a handle to turn the reel manually. NOT spring loaded.
 
FEATURES:
This product helps to store your garden hose in a holder with manually operated reel and snap on hose adapter to connect to the water source.
Hold up to 90M of 1/2 hose if reeled perfectly and up to 60M practically.
For the 3/4 hose, the figures could be reduced to 60M, and 37M respectively.
Please note the above figures are estimates only because the length may be affected by: actual diameter of the pipe, softness of the hose, how perfectly the hose is reeled, etc.
This is not spring loaded and it is NOT a retractable reel.
You need to turn the handle in order to release or retract the hose.
The whole cart with the hose could be very heavy even before the water is loaded.
Comes with wall mount hooks (installation needed), you can put it on the mounts, or on the ground.
Moving parts could be loose over time and need to re-tuned.
The snap on hose adapters size is 12mm, both for the inlet and outlet. The other end of the snap on adapter on the side is 20mm thread or 3/4Inch thread.
Additional O rings or washer is provided.
All parts can be disassembled to check the leaking.

We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.

We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.

We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia.

We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.

Warranty

This warranty applies for the period defined on the product or on the item description.

• You may be required to perform simple troubleshooting steps and/ or provide evidence to demonstrate the fault before a return can be initiated;

• Minimum 12 months warranty on all items from the day of purchase;

Returns

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a change-of-mind return if the item(s) is no longer in a merchantable condition.

Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product.
