Greek Gyros Spit Roaster Seasoning Rub - Great for spit roasting lamb & chicken
Model: FCGYROS
Greek Gyros Spit Roasting Seasoning is an amazing addition to your lamb and chicken gyros. After years of catering for large groups of people, our Greek Gyros seasoning has been perfected and is available for you to try at home. This recipe is so authentic you’ll feel like you're dining at a restaurant on the beaches of the Greek islands.
For maximum flavour, apply the seasoning liberally on both sides of every piece of meat before putting it on your rotisserie. Baste regularly with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice in equal parts and feel the flavours explode in your mouth.
