USAGE INSTRUCTION

• Our stainless steel straws are tough and durable. Please be mindful that the coloured finish on the straws (other than silver) will need extra care. This colour can scratch and wear off if hand-washed and washed with care. Please hand wash in a gentle detergent.
  
• Wash the straw inside thoroughly with a straw cleaning brush for the first time and right after every use.
  
• Keep your stainless steel straw in a straw pouch or rolled up in a napkin in your bag when out and about.
  
• Suitable for cold drinks - not recommended for hot temperatures.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us for return approval. Once we've received it and inspected, we'll be able to help you resolve it.
