WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• Low-temperature hot glue gun
• Hot glue
• Balloons to fill in the box
• Double-sided glue dots to position the balloons in place.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE A BALLOON MOSAIC NUMBER PRE-CUT KIT?

• Step 1: Lay flat the back number panel in an area where you can work comfortably
• Step 2: Use a hot glue gun to attach the side pieces around the edge of the number panel board
• Step 3: After attaching, secure it again from the inside with a hot glue gun to prevent it from separating apart
• Step 4: Repeat Step 3 for the rest of the pieces panel surrounding the number until all of them are securely attached
• Step 5: It should look like this after securing side panels to the mosaic balloon frame
• Step 6: Use glue dots to attach balloons to the number balloon frame. Alternatively, you may fill in flower pompoms or LED light bulbs as Marquee Number Backdrops.
