The possible chase Bitty POP! collectibles are Rare (1/3) Tuxedosam, Rare (1/3) Chococat, Hyper Rare (1/6) Kuromi - Unicorn, and Hyper Rare (1/6) Hello Kitty - Glasses.

Bitty POP! collectibles are packaged in hard acrylic cases with detachable bottom lids. The detachable bottom lids double as acrylic bases, to which the Bitty POP! collectibles are adhered.

Sort and arrange your Bitty POP! collectibles with the included display case! Acrylic display cases are stackable and hold four Bitty POP! collectibles each.

Vinyl figures are approximately 0.9 in (2.3 cm) tall.
Four collectibles per single package purchase.

RETURNS:

• Lemony Gem Toys & Collectables has a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
• If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us to arrange for a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in, including in the original packaging.
• A partial refund only is valid for the below circumstances:
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error
  • Any item that is returned after the 30 day period

REFUNDS:

• If the item you have received is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund including the original postage costs.
• If you wish to return an item due to Change of Mind, shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you and either approve or reject your refund.
• You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. We recommend you use a traceable shipping service as we can not be held responsible for return items being damaged or lost in transit.
