DOA Returns:

In the event that your item has arrived faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item. The processing time for DOA is generally 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the returns, since we will send the faulty item to the manufacturer for testing.

Warranty Returns:

Standard manufacturer's warranty will apply after DOA period, and within the specified warranty term (commonly 12 months). No warranty applies to software, accessories and consumables. Physical damage is not covered by DOA or Warranty.

Change of Mind Returns:

If you change your mind about a purchase, it is at our discretion to accept a return for refund. We will generally accept a return provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, the product is in their original condition, and the product is not a consumable or software. Change of mind returns will only be eligible for a refund on the product’s sale price, and in some cases, a partial refund on the product’s sale price.
