We currently do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers. If no one is available at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

Returns Policy

We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases, if the item is still new, unused and sealed a full refund will be processed once the item is returned. Please contact us within 14 days if you have a faulty item we will cover the return postage where necessary. If it is not received in brand new condition, a refund will apply minus a 20% restocking fee.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to an RTS(return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the weight of the items). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer.

RETURN PROCESS

If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us. We will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.

Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or in some cases, send the goods to third parties for assessment and/or repair. Where applicable we provide a remedy in relation to your goods.

If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 14 days of receipt by us of the original product.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We may provide you with a product exchange or refund only when we receive the returned product. You are responsible for the payment of return postage on your order. Change of mind returns are not accepted for Personal Hygiene products, In-ear Headphones, intimates, which includes underwear, hosiery, socks, and swimwear and adult toys due to hygienic reasons.

Provided that the item in question is returned within 14 days of order;

Not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging) in a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way.

Remedies for defective goods are still available.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

All goods sold by IPL Retail Group come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
