Grill Features:
Cast aluminum body, which favors heat conduction and lightens the weight. Cast in mold and without joints, for uniform heat distribution, both on the base and on the walls. Lower energy consumption and good efficiency in maintaining heat. The aluminum of the grill body never comes into contact with the food, as it is completely sealed and insulated by the 4-layer non-stick coating. Smooth non-stick from the ILAG® professional series: made of PTFE reinforced with titanium free of PFOA, heavy metals, solvents and nanotechnology. The surface of the non-stick is smooth and soft ("Smooth"), it consists of 3 layers (4 layers if you count the base), the outside of which is the PTFE layer, projected on the layer containing the titanium. If the PTFE deteriorates, the layer below is totally non-toxic. Series 11 - Diamant 3000 from Skk: the highest quality range from and the highest on the market. Wavy surface. Suitable for gas, electric or ceramic hobs. It is not suitable for induction (for induction cookers, the Titanium 2000 series grills are available). Perfect non-stick, great resistance and duration. The grill handle is temperature resistant up to 260ºC, so it can be placed in the oven.
It is recommended for cooking to brush the grill with oil and heat. Put the food on the grill and cook.
You can also put the grill in the oven.
Be careful with excess heat, since grilling tends to overheat the oil and burn the food (which is harmful to our health). The grill does not have a lid.

Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:
heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
health products;
jewellery;
toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).
Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
