Bandai Model Kit Action Base 1 Clear Model Stand
Bandai's Action Base is crafted to accommodate kits spanning various series, including SD Gundam, 1/144 scale models, HGUC, HG Gundam Seed, 1/100 scale models, MG, and Real Robot Revolution. The Action Base 1 is a snap-fit assembly kit made of plastic, requiring minimal effort for assembly without the need for cement or paint. Its octagonal base and square component, which can attach to any side, feature intricate mechanical details and panel lines. Additionally, it boasts 10 holes for adjusting the height of the main stand with the support pole. This pole incorporates a clever locking mechanism enabling easy extension or retraction, ensuring secure support for the main stand. Moreover, the main stand itself can be elevated for dynamic posing. The set includes three sizes (8mm, 9mm, and 11mm) of U-shaped holders, peg-type holders, and screw-on type holders, complete with screws and nuts, for securing the main stand to the kit's crotch. When using the U-shaped or screw-on holders, a small quantity of double-sided tape (provided) should be applied between the kit's crotch and the holders for stability. Additionally, a nameplate is included, which can be affixed to any of the base's holes, though it's noted that there may be instances where a kit doesn't fit.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.
We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.
We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.
Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
Refunds Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
