We deliver to Australian addresses only, specifically to the address indicated on your order confirmation. It is recommended that you check this carefully to ensure the address is correct.
Shipment of your online order will normally take place within 1-2 working days receipt of your order. Delivery of your order will take 2-9 working days from the date of shipment, depending on the delivery location in Australia.
No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
If no-one is available to take delivery of your order, the carrier, Australia Post (eParcel service), will leave a card. You can then collect your order from your local Post Office.
If we elect to deliver by a courier service and no one is available to take delivery, the driver will leave a card requesting you to contact them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery. Fees may apply.
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know. Most products come with a 14-day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date (in as-new condition, unopened, in the original packaging and not damaged in any way, please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution, less any shipping costs. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Oricom, we will be unable to process a credit. All return shipping costs are non-refundable.

- We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product.
