Accessories can be purchased separately and we recommend to get the food divider so you can customise the compartments even more.
Tips to keep food temperature:
- Pre heat the thermos with hot water and seal it for 5 minutes while you prepare your food.
- Keeping food hot with some liquid achieve the best result. Food with gravy will keep food hot longer than just chicken nuggets on its own.
- Only prepare the food closer the time you need to leave the house
- The longer it is to meal time, it is best to heat the food hotter than you would eat it.
- For cold food, you can chill it beforehand in the fridge, NOT the freezer for up to 1 hours prior.
- You can also use ice and water to chill it quickly.

Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:
heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
health products;
jewellery;
toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).
Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
