Working Principle

This evaporative air cooler operates on the principle of evaporation: warm air passes through the water-saturated cooling pad, where the evaporation process absorbs heat and produces a refreshing breeze. (Actual performance depends on ambient temperature, humidity, and water temperature.)
Non-compressor Cooling-Unlike traditional air conditioners, this product does not use a compressor or refrigerant. It cannot lower the room temperature as significantly as a compressor-based air conditioner.

Important Notes

For best results, use cold water and the included ice packs.
Replace the water in the tank regularly and clean the water tank as needed.
The internal cooling pad can be replaced. If it is damaged, please contact customer service for a replacement.
Ice Packs-Do not pour the contents of the ice packs into the water tank.

How to Use the Ice Packs

Fill the ice packs with water and freeze them for 4-8 hours before use.

15-day return policy

The return process is as follows:

Tell us about your intention to return the goods by contacting us, and let us know the status of the goods through photos

When the return requirements are met, we will inform the warehouse address

Once arrived, our inspection team will evaluate the "new" status of the item

If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you

If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you

Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation
