Note: operating the Portable Blender
Unscrew the cap of the portable blender and add water and fruit
ighten the cap of the portable blender.
Inverted fuseclage so that the fruit is not stuck on the blade.
Press the button for 2 seconds and the machine starts to run.
Turn the fuselage upsie down and rock slowly up and down.

Warning：

2.Motor seat can't be soaked in water, in order to avoid the risk of leakage.
3. Do not touch rotation of component.
4.Container material should not exceed 85% of container, tighten cup cover when using.
5. During the stirring process, when the machine is stuck with food, please turn off the power and remove the stuck hard matter and reboot.
6.Portable blender shouldn't be stirred meat, cannot directly grind dried fruit and beans products, direct grinding will cause the portable blender failure to affect the product life.
7.Please drink in time, long-term storage will produce odour.

Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:
heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
health products;
jewellery;
toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).
Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
