Mumble is an exquisitely soft and realistic soft plush toy fairy penguin. The fairy penguin is also known as the little penguin or blue penguin.
The fairy penguin is the smallest penguin species, standing around 33 cm tall and weighing about 1 kg. They are found along the coastlines of southern Australia and New Zealand. Fairy penguins are nocturnal on land, returning to their burrows at night after foraging for fish and squid during the day.

The stuffing for Mumble was made using 13 recycled plastic bottles.
