Rufus is a realistic handcrafted Red Tree Kangaroo stuffed animal. He is a soft plush toy with airbrushed details.

They are Australia's largest tree-dwelling mammal.  They are marsupials, which means that their babies are carried in a tummy pouch.  They leap from tree to tree to get around and have sponge-like pads on their paws and the bottoms of their feet to help them climb. They don't sweat but lick their forearms to cool down.

Rufus measures approximately 27cm in height (ear down to ground)

The stuffing for Rufus was made using 28 recycled plastic bottles.
