One of the first methods that was used to enjoy flowers and herbss for longer, was the drying technique. Many plants retain their shape, colour, aroma and taste when air dried naturally. Dry picked flowers and herbss by placing them on the screen(s). Dried herbs are delicious and can be used in cooking while the flowers can be used to make a lovely bouquet to display.
