Rubber Heads:
The rubber coated hex dumbbell heads absorb bumps better, protect floors and the dumbbell from damage. This 6-side designed dumbbell brings you ease and comfort in use, prevents it from rolling and sliding out of storage. Perfect for dumbbell row exercises or any floor exercises thanks to its special shape.

The Fitness hero dumbbell tree rack will keep your gym looking professional and tidy. The vertical design allows the rack to be compact to reduce storage space needed for up to 6 pairs of dumbbells. Built with a heavy duty, solid powder coated steel construction, each step is designed with a slightly larger gap so that weights can be stacked in incremental weight order making for an ideal and neat looking storage solution

We have a small warehouse in Sydney, but some larger heavier products are shipped directly from our suppliers across Australia, to save time and transportation costs. Rest assured, all products for sale on our website are shipped from within Australia. We do not ship from outside of Australia.
The delivery charges for each product may vary according to the delivery methods available for that particular product. All Delivery times are estimates only and vary depending on many variables Once the items leaves our warehouse, the delivery is outside our control A tracking number will be supplied by us or the courier Handling Times We aim to pack and ship all orders with 2 days, however larger products or bulk orders may take an additional few days. However rest assured, we will be working hard to fulfil all orders as fast as we can.

Returns
GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN UNUSED CONDITION, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING (WITH TAGS ATTACHED) ALONG WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL COSTS.
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. We will notify you by email when we have exchanged your return items or processed your refund. It may take an additional 4-5 business days for the refund to be credited against your original payment method. Processing times for exchanges or refunds may take longer during sale periods.

However, in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item please contact us and one of our team members will be ready to assist you by taking you through your available options
Returning an item
To return an item to Fitness Hero by post or refund or exchange, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
To protect your return from damage during delivery, please use strong external packaging. For all returns that relate to a change of mind, postage must be paid for by the returnee and will not be refunded. In the case of an exchange, delivery charges for the replacement item will be at Fitness Hero's expense. We also recommend you obtain proof of postage to track your return. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process. You will need to contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel.
