For deliveries we use Australia Post. You will be advised of the Shipping cost before you enter your Credit Card details. Should there be an issue with non arrival please contact us. Shipping Time in 99% of the time is same/next business day, under some circumstances it may be up to 2 days but very rare

Most products come with a 30-day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product.
