Domain Appliances may accept change of mind returns of our products based on the following conditions:
The product is returned in the original packaging
The product be returned within 14 days of receiving your product.
A change of mind restocking fee of 15% will be applicable which includes to the original sale price including freight
Any returns must be first be approved by the customer service team (Please not send items before receiving approval to do so.
Return charges will be payable by the customer and may be higher than the original delivery charges.
